    this app is called cheer conditioning n yet it doesn’t even give u the option to chose cheerleading as a program. it tells u to pick a program n it has other sports but not cheer. which is very misleading n irritating n useless

    This app is terrible it doesn’t say or teach you anything about cheer and the worst part is what is the point of paying every month just for a app that apparently is supposed to help you with cheer which it doesn’t don’t even bother wasting your time bc I know I did

    My coaches really push us to be strong and when we have free time we would be in the cheer gym or practicing at home, I have a mat and trampoline and a big open living room. This is helping me sooo much! THANK YOU TO WHOEVER MAD THIS APP!

    When I saw this app I was hoping/imagining an app specifically designed to help me in strength with tumbling, stunting, and flexibility. What I got was only part of it. I don't know if I was missing something, but to me none of the stretches/workouts felt like it was helping with cheer. It's ok, for being a free app.

    So, I have tryouts in less then 3 weeks. Heres the thing. I don't have a heel stretch. I'm 11 and weigh 71 pounds. I can't be a base, because I'm not very strong. I can't be front or back spot, because if they fall, I'll go down with them. So, I'm positive I'll make the team. I have excellent jumps, tight arms, loud voice, and high in tumble skills. I wanted to be flyer, and to improve my flexibility, I needed something to help my stretch. I downloaded this app. Now, I'm super to close to the heel stretch and the scorpion. I haven't tried the scale yet though. Still, this app really helps. Yah, only about 4 sessions are free, but you can repeat them. Really love it:)
