  • Works like a charm

    By dangpeacock
I have the basic version and while my daughter was not thrilled that she can’t have folders on her phone - all of the apps come out of them when the app locks her phone up- it does the trick. She doesn’t bother arguing after 8:30, she just knows it’s not an option to be on her phone. Saved my sanity and hopefully does a little part to preserve her childhood.
  • Problem with changing email and password

    By Christian Stop
The app is great for keeping my child to a regulation time... but their is a massive problem with changing the password. Whenever you’re trying to change the password (let’s say you forgot the password) you have to type your current password which is a huge problem. The majority of the time, the only reason you change your password is because you forgot but with this system I had to delete the app two times already causing me to restart everything
  • Disappointing

So this seems completely and easily defeatable. Kid can simply remove the jr app and it wipes the mgmt profile away also. I had a lot of trouble getting grants and blocks through, and it messed up one iphone folder structure completely. Why does it scramble the apps is beyond me. Look elsewhere
  • What a waste of 2 hours

Wasted 2 hours trying to set up paid premium service. Never did get it to work.
  • Great app

We have used this app for well over 6 months. Love that I can turn apps off immediately. Kids hate it. Just wish I could see activity and messages sent.
  • Immediate Changes for the Better

    By Lattemonster
We’ve experienced immediate changes in our kids with regards to the relationship they have with their phones and their parents. I doubted the videos of the girl just putting down her phone but was incorrect. Both my kids know they “only have 2 hours” and put it down if they don’t want to use up their time. They actually have been not using up their time at all. The installation isn’t click, click, click, done. Please bank some time to sit down and backup the phone beforehand appropriately. All well worth your time! I really like seeing the bad reviews of OurPact Jr! All the kids who need to use it aren’t happy so they lash out at the developers rather than their guardians. Would only like it if the time between granting and them actually getting the grant would be shortened. Sometimes, it takes a while and I’d prefer immediate. Also, the OurPact parent app doesn’t stay signed in. I’m always needing to sign in, even with facial recognition on my iPhone X.
  • Amazing Parent App

So I’ve only been using this for less then 24 hours but my first impression it is amazing!! I haven’t purchased either of the offers yet but plan to. I have two children 13 & 16 and have only been able to try on 13 so far since 16 is out of town. But oh how I love it for her. She has ADD and gets swept away on you tube. Both are very good kids but as we all do get swept away. So this helps keep her focused and is her positive reinforcement for doing her chores and priorities before free time on her phone!
  • Sad free app

I downloaded this to test it out. My son uses my iPad and I have apps to which I do not want him to use. It works okay, however when you switch back it scrambles the apps. I read the reviews and in order to stop that they want you to buy their $6.99 a month package. No thanks.
  • Used for years - great app!

I used this app for both of my children. Now that they are adults, I have this app to thank for helping me set rules and be consistent. Thank you!
  • It’s okay

    By Ms. Kraft Kween
At first I loved the app, I loved being able to control the iPad usage in our home. The 3 stars is for the fact that when I was grant usage and put an amount of time i.e 45 mins, it would not block at the 45 min mark. That was very disappointing and dissatisfying. They need to fix this issue, and it would be my FAVE. Until then, i will cancel my subscription and stick to taking the iPads away
