Description

We totally get it. You’re tired of wasting time endlessly swiping, browsing, and messaging - only to never hear back. You only want to spend time on relevant, high quality matches. Every day at noon, you‘ll receive potential matches (we call them “Bagels”) preselected for you so you don’t have to swipe all day. Our algorithm takes into consideration both basic criteria like age, height, religion, ethnicity, and more nuanced factors like your social network and interests. Fellas, you will receive highly curated matches preselected for you by our algorithm. For the ladies, you will only be sent Bagels that have already expressed interest and are serious about connecting with you! Why? Because we know your time is extra-precious. :) Once there is a match, we’ll connect you via a private chat room and provide icebreaker questions to get your conversation started. We even follow up to encourage actual dates. For our LGBTQ members: Every day at noon, both men and women will receive potential matches preselected just for you. CMB PREMIUM: Become a CMB Premium subscriber and get access to exclusive features that will help you save time, eliminate ghosting, and lead to more dates! With the Premium subscription, you will get insights into all of your Bagels’ chat activity levels (i.e. How likely are they to send the first message?), see when your messages to your Bagels are read, and receive more than $50 worth of in-app items that will help you get connected even faster. Current price for the CMB Premium subscription varies based on the length of your auto-renewing subscriptions and may vary from country to country. For 1-month renewals, price is $34.99 USD per pay period, for 3-month renewals, price is $74.99 USD per pay period, for 6-month renewals, price is $119.99 USD per pay period, and for annual renewals, price is $179.99 USD per pay period. • WORST DATING APP EXPERIENCE

I only got to use it for 4 days and after that I couldn’t log in anymore, I, then contacted customer support and this lady named Vanessa was incredibly rude she made me take a picture of me holding up 3 fingers just because I didn’t have my name displayed on the app. I agreed to it even though It didn’t make any sense. Especially since this app is so expensive ! And then she accused me of having photoshopped my picture and then asked me to take one with my arms open. This has never happened to me before on a dating app. Worst customer service ever. I should sue her personally just for making me go through all of that trouble. Do not waste your time on this app.!

You sign up and they post photos of random models. You never hear from these people. The app is a ploy to steal money.. I question the validity of the reviews on here.

Not a lot of choices. Pretty basic.
  • So Far, So Good... But Fix Like Button!

I like that the app makes it fairly easy to get started and set up a profile, but it’s very annoying when the like/connect button is located at a spot where it’s very easy to accidentally tap it! I’ve already done this twice, and I feel bad that I might unintentionally lead someone on. Please implement a confirmation step that asks the user if they are sure they want to connect with the person before chatting. Or, make it so that there’s much less mishaps on liking someone.

Been trying this for a little while and it seems this is only a cash grab. I’ll see a notification as if someone liked my profile or liked it back and it never shows anyone.

I tried all the other sites that are available. Before I got on CMB, I was on a site that required swiping only. I remember thinking to myself, I’m so tired of swiping! I went on my App Store looking for sites that were more about meeting serious people and being able to put my preferences. I don’t even remember how I decided to choose this one. Maybe I heard the name before and it triggered my attention. When I first signed on, I didn’t see anything for a couple of days, so I deleted my account. The next day I received an email that my account was approved. That’s when I decided to look into it and I watched YouTube videos that explained CMB. I then felt dumb and realized that I needed patience when dealing with this app. I created a new account and then I just waited. Every day I would look forward to noon, where I would get a few options to choose from. It was nice to know when someone liked me first. Other times I wouldn’t know and I kind of hesitated to reach out. I told myself that I was only going to respond to someone that liked me first and if I also liked him, then I would respond. Dating sites are usually so busy and this site really made you wait. I realized that good things are worth waiting for and I appreciated the site for teaching me that there was no hurry. I had seen a guy on my discovery that I was looking into, but he hadn’t seen me yet, so I didn’t bother to like him. The next day at noon, he was in my discovery again and it showed that he liked me. I immediately responded. We started communicating back and forth and ended up meeting up for yogurt like the next day. He was a bit unsure of me, since he kept dealing with fake profiles, but he took a chance. We ended up hitting it off pretty good and realized that we had a lot in common and believed a lot of the same things, when it came to relationships , family, etc. Since then we text everyday and talk on the phone every evening for hours. We have great conversation. Time just flies when we talk. We have already planned our next meet and I hope that we continue to grow. This site definitely taught me that online dating is about patience. Thank you for this beautiful lesson.

Like most of the dating apps, CMB sets you up for lots of matches at first. After a while, those matches “mysteriously” dry up (did I somehow get uglier after a few weeks) unless you’re sending flowers (cost) or buying a match. I’m sure CMB will come back with a very technical response with how this isn’t happening or it’s somehow user error. But truth be told, all the apps do this which is my folks jump around between all the apps... delete your account, start new, and like magic you get a bunch of new matches!!
