  • Sometimes slow but it’s ok

The app itself is pretty good but sometimes very slow. It seems to only be during peak hours. I suspect this is due to the volume of people using it which is a good thing if you think about it. No complaints with the people on it though.
  • Highly disappointed

Not showing the “like you” section anymore was a terrible move on your part. Hinge was more sophisticated and allowed you to meet normal people. But now you ruined it by using a pay wall. Won’t be using it again.
  • New update is horrible

What made it better than the other apps was that you could see your likes. Now it is exactly like tinder. Lame.
  • Having a problem with the new update

I seem to have “people who like you” that I can never see. Not sure if it’s an error since the new look came out. Would also appreciate chats I’ve read to not show as unread notifications. That’s annoying. Otherwise, great app!
  • Good app, but liked it better before the update

Hi Hinge! I like your app because it’s different than other dating apps. However, the recent update integrates discover and likes together, which is just like other dating apps. I liked the choice of pursuing new people OR matches. Now I just have notifications from likes and can’t seem to find them, which is annoying. Please change back to separate pages for discover and matches!

Congrats! Your recent update ruined app. You took the one feature that made the app unique and destroyed it!
  • Strange experience

I got matched with all military people and no one close to me. Very strange
  • Why room the differentiating feature?

Now you can’t see who likes you, which was what separated Hinge from other apps. Now what’s the point?
  • Don’t like new updates

I don’t like that they mix the “Likes” into Discover section. I don’t always like to make snap decisions so I don’t always respond immediately to match and I like to take my time when I use the discover feature. They made it so if you wanted to go back to the old layout where they were separated you’ll have to pay.
  • Terrible update

Who likes you is now dropped in with discover and this app is now like all the others. Unfortunate because that feature was the one of the main reasons I chose to use this app over others. Bring back the separate tab.
