The Pro version states 10.99 price. The paywall on the free trial immediately asks for $2.08 per month x 12 month sign up. That’s over $24.00 per year!!!! Many other customers have claimed the fees are only for the first year. You must renew or auto renew. What’s the deal with the deceptive pricing and price gouging? Please be clear on why the lite version trial customers must commit to $2.08 per month x 12 months! Not cool.

Love this I signed up and did it a few months. Then switched to the yearly. It comes in so clear and my husband is away for 2 more years only get 45 mins a day. So this really helps me.
  • Quality is inconsistent

    By Speare C
I was on a very important call and I was impressed with the quality and the ease of access up until they screw up with my most important recording. During the conversation I had no issues hearing the person on the other side but when I came back to listen the quality was so bad the whole conversation was just gone. Only thing you hear is the statics and sound every 2 seconds. Horrible and unreliable. Just get a voice recorder and record on speaker phone.

  • Not Free, No “Lite” version, It’s All Pay-to-play $$

    By Turbocirbo
Don’t waste time downloading this app unless you know you want to pay for it (and how would you know.....unless you try it, which it makes you pay for it to try it!) There is NOT a “Lite” version of this app as you are lead to believe on the Apple store page with the both the paid version and the “Lite” versions being offered. The “Lite” version is exactly the same as the paid version. Takes you directly to a Pay wall before you try it for “free”!
  • Beware, TRIAL makes you subscribe to recurring charges

    By Randy_SC
I tried this app for 6 days and didn’t like it. Today I opened the app to figure out how to opt out and uninstall, but the only thing I could find was a button to sign up for the service?? At that point it seemed I wasn’t subscribed after all. Something told me to check my Apple emails and sure enough, I had a subscription confirmation email from the day I installed the app. I had to use the link called “review your subscription” in the Apple email which took me to iTunes where I was able to cancel the recurring charge before it commenced. Wow, what an underhanded way to implement a free trial.
  • Great until it stops working

I use this app a lot as a journalist, for recording interviews. It works great until it doesn’t. The main problem is the UX. The button for labeling and the one for deleting are right next to each other, and it is easy to hit the wrong one. If you accidentally delete- that’s it. No way to get it back. Tape-a-call PLEASE UPDATE YOUR UX or PROVIDE A SAFETY BEFORE PERMANENT DELETION

I downloaded the lite app to see if I would purchase the full version but I cannot use it because it wants me to pay first. Needless to say, I will not.
