This is not a photo of my anus, this is a photo of my testicle. I was wondering if a reexamination is possible

Quick and professional response in less than the time advertised. I highly recommend this service and would steer friends and family in their direction.

The site and service are good. Can recommend to others with any kind of skin concern. It does really give you peace of mind, although a bit nervous to read the answer at first.

Timely feedback. It was a good experience. I wish the app will allow for follow up questions for the same case.

Best dermatologist service! Over an app! It's absolutely lovely and at a fraction of the cost of a private dermatologist. Went to the hospital twice and none of the treatment they gave me worked. I haven't tried the First Derm treatment yet but even if it does not work I still received more (quality) information than I did at the hospital. Only waited about 30h for the answer and I do not regret a single dollar I spent. Thank you very much !
  • 30.00 to tell me to go in person?

I’ve used doctor apps where they send my prescriptions to my pharmacy which is what I thought would happen with this app. Nope. They tell you what’s wrong and instruct you to go in person to get a prescription. I can’t afford an in person dermatologist that’s why I did this.

I started out using their artificial intelligence on the website, I wanted to confirm the computers answer with a real dermatolosit, so i downloaded the app. Incredible that it was the same answer. This is the future, I am sure computers will do all the diagnosing in the future and dermatologists will be a thing of the past.
