No where in the app did it state that this was a trial app and that you would have to pay to continue using.
  • Good maps bad billing

The maps are very helpful in my real estate business. They are very helpful when showing land. However the billing is erratic. Sometimes I get billed two times a month and sometimes I don’t get billed that month. I seems like it could be very easy to bill on the same day each month. There is a lot of technology that should be a very achievable goal.

The data is not it to date. I know land the changed hand 2 years ago is not up dated on this app.

I really like this app. I would LOVE it if it included Grayson County, Kentucky (zip 42726).

Opened the app, worked great, second time I opened it, it requires a payment but I didn’t see anything about requiring payment in the information on the App Store!

My neighbor sold in Jan 2018, to date their name still shows as owners 8 month later. It appears that there is no updating occurring on ownership, which would have been my primary feature used.

I downloaded the app and have been working with it for a week. The info for the properties I checked was old and outdated. Not worth paying for
  • Good for lot info not location

I was misled in thinking this was a free app with in-app purchases. It was useful until I had to pay. I’m not paying for data that is not up to date. You say that you update 90% annually and 70% more often, but there is more than two and a half year old data in my county and a great amount of missing data in the neighboring county. I would pay $5 a year for convenient access to my county records...but not convenient access to inaccurate data. And you can’t blame it on the county because I checked their data and it’s accurate.
