    This app has turned to total crap. The app was perfect, had no complaints, except the price went from 9.99 for basic app one time fee. Now is $99.00 a year. But that is not the problem. The latest update is totally unusable. Cannot even enter an item on the fly. Good luck finding out how to make a statement. It used to be a pop up menu. Now you have to go looking for it. It is just a real shame. Now have to find a new app and manually enter almost a thousand invoices, because some people can't leave well enough alone. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS APP People are using this program to run their business. I wonder how much money people have lost due developer incompetence As the old saying goes " if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Update 9/21/18 The app has become much more usable. They have worked out all the bugs, since last review, and I will say is a much better app. Still has issues but is totally usable now. Still, does not make what they did for the last major update ok. App was unusable for weeks. If is wasn’t for accurate record keeping, Dozens and dozens of invoices and in turn, money, would have been lost and I’m sure some was. This is a reminder to all developers. We are not your play testers!! Also my one recommendation for the app would be a mass print for individual clients. I know this is prob not possible but it’s nice to dream

    Letspaint4u wrote a perfect description on what we subcontractors go thru, I’m about to switch to a different invoice program. I’m getting 10 or more invoices I need to sent together and it’s a pain to send each one separate, I’m getting calls from builders that they can’t print invoices now, also looking up a job by address I need to open up 20 invoices before I fined what I’m looking for, my head blows up before I fined it, u get frustrated and get nothing done. I’ve been wanting to update Invoice2go for some time now, but I feel like if I do I’m gonna be more lost in it.

    Im a construction crew business owner. I have been using this app for about 10 years, it was totally free for many years with limits on how many invoice and estimates you could have in the app(acceptable for a free app at the time).I switched about 7 years ago because they started charging insane amounts to send simple invoices and estimates. I decided to give it another try and bought the lite version this year, but the lite version only lets you draw up invoices and NO estimates? Not exactly a good way to persuade me to switch all my business over... this used to be my primary app, then my secondary app because of their changes 8 years ago and it has now moved to my third app, and only keeping it because I paid for the year. Once that runs out, I will drop the app. There are plenty of options to choose from in the App Store, I wouldn’t recommend this one. The platform is great overall and I have used it for years, but they are getting too greedy, even when you give them $. If they decide to put a limited amount of allowable estimates in the lite version, I’ll consider using it again. Until then I’ll throw it on the back burner. It would be best for them to just put in some advertising on the app and keep the customers from having to pay. I pay a fraction of the cost for other apps that secure my money and have more features, than I would for this app, just to write up an estimate that can be done on Microsoft word or excel if I wanted too.. their costs do not outweigh the convenience of this particular app. But I’ll give it two stars for the platform because I’m not totally disappointed in that. Maybe that’s because I’m one of the original customers and have seen it grow into this.

    SERIOUSLY?????? Had this app for years it’s a fantastic app. I purchased the pro version last year and love it went to renew the same plan and it $400 this year are you kidding me. $99 to $400 you people are crazy

    I have had this app for 3 years. I loved it when I first started. But every time they have an update they remove a useful function only to replace it with fluff. The app used to stop you from billing the same thing twice, gone. You used to be able to convert an estimate to an invoice then you could back to that estimate and change it and convert it to another invoice. Gone.

    After using this app for several years, the notification integration with Square payments suddenly stopped working. My help request was met with a litany of questions when the problem (no longer receiving email notifications when payments were made or transferred to my bank) should have had an easy solution. After expressing my frustration and answering the questions, I was told by Wayne that my issue would be forwarded along to someone. I’ve heard nothing. My package expires tomorrow. I won’t be renewing and can not recommend this app.
  • Fraudulent company

    Worse company ever. Withdrew money from my customer without my authorization and are charging me a $120 fee. Almost a week and my customer still haven’t gotten it back. They even have a limit for estimates. QuickBooks is the way to go. Don’t even know why I gave this horrible company a try. They use another company called tally to process the payment. They are both horrible horrible company’s. With I can give them a negative. I am going to report them.
