    The past two weeks, every time the Monday shows go up, if you try and watch something it says a Fatal Error video file is unavailable. I have tried restarting my iPad, deleting the app and then reinstalling, updating the app and trying different wifi connections. Nothing works until they fix something on their end, or at least that's what happened last week. It wasn't until Wednesday though. I pay for the premium, so this absolutely ridiculous. Also why isn't the whole Mom series on there? I'd like to start watching it, but I won't start at season 6, and I'm paying enough for a crappy service I shouldn't have to purchase the seasons on amazon video.

    This is a horrible app. Half the time shows won't even load, when they do it's constant buffering. Maybe you need to get with Netflix or Hulu and they can show you how it's done.

    I keep getting an error message when trying to play videos. I will close out the app and re-started with the same problems. I restarted my phone and re-uploaded the app several times and it still happens

    I downloaded this app against my better judgement after reading all the negative reviews, I like to form my own opinion. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews were correct. After signing up for the free trial and two days of no commercials, I was no longer able to watch the shows I enjoyed or able to leave feedback or get any help. My attempts to solve my problems myself ultimately resulted in my deleting the app and canceling the free trial. What a waste of my time and what a disappointment. Too bad, CBS, another wasted opportunity for you.

    Could watch my shows this morning but now nothing works!!! I have an account and I’m logged in but it’s still telling me to subscribe over and over. Updated the app and it still doesn’t work. Has issues in the past but still had to pay for months of the app not even working on my devices...getting tired of paying for something that never works when other channels are included with my cable log in...smfh!!!
