It works beautifully for our family - it’s not an exaggeration to say that it’s game-changing. No more arguments about who didn’t buy which grocery. We still disagree about Trader Joe’s vs. Whole Foods, but there’s not an app that’ll cure that.

I have Evernote the king of note and list apps at a cost of $69.00 a year, I find that for shopping lists this this app excels at that task. I like that I can add items to my list by using one of my Echo devices and the costing feature helps me keep the food purchases in budget. Great app!

Since a recent update, arranging a list in the “Select & Edit Items” mode now requires you tap & hold on an item much longer than necessary. As long as you tap and hold the bars on the far right of an item, an item should be ready to drag immediately. But the app now requires you hold the bars for 2+ seconds before the item can be moved. (A similar problem affects dragging single items when not in the aforementioned more.) This makes arranging a list, and thus using the app, frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. (Experiencing this issue on iPhone X)

My favorite of all list apps I’ve used. Super intuitive, always improving.

I gotta be honest here. The app is pretty good if you use is it with others (spouse, kids, roommates, etc). My problem is this... since I bought a Series 3 Apple Watch, I don’t carry my phone around as much anymore. If I go to the grocery store and open up the AnyList app, I get an absolutely ridiculous message asking me to upgrade to a premium version of the app to view my lists on the watch. In my opinion this is absolutely disgusting being that I pay for cellular service to the watch and can’t use the app, and I pay for cellular service on my phone and can use the app. Give us a break guys, I’m deleting your app from my 3 devices, my wife’s 2 devices and my 2 kids devices because of your ignorance and greed 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I will also stop recommending this app to people as there are many many other options out there that do the same thing, and even better!
