  • Need Help!!!

    I’ve had premium vault for over a year now. It use to be a great app. But now any videos imported into the vault app will stop playing. Definitely not worth the charge when the app is not working correctly. I can’t move videos back to my phone because now it says it’s not supported. WONT PLAY BACK VIDEOS!!! Any updates to fix this???

    Nothing I have transferred to the vault is showing up. Pics were deleted from my phone and cloud but are not in the vault. And there is no way to contact the company thru the app and the website has nothing to do with the app. Stay the hell away.

    I’ve had a premium membership since day one and everything was good until recently. The app was giving me issues so I tried reinstalling it. It wasn’t allowing me to login to recover my account because it said my password was incorrect. When I tried doing “forgot password” and every time I put my email in it said my account didn’t exist. I’ve tried contact the company via email and it’s been 4 days without response despite the fact they advertise they have 24/7 customer support. I’ve tried looking their phone number up online and all the contact info is deactivated. Needless to say alllll my sensitive photos and videos are gone now and I have no way to recover them. I’d expect more from a company found in the Apple App Store!

    After trying to export my videos an pictures to my phone again. Now it won’t even let me access my valut. It keeps crashing when I try to log in. This is terrible. I have so many pictures and videos on this app and now they are all lost.

    I downloaded this app a while ago and after getting a new phone I tried to upload my things back and it always stops and I have not been able to retrieve my data back. This has been going on for months and there is no way to connect the company. Definitely not a safe app to use at all. If the company sees this I hope they get back to me.

    I have used your app for over 5 years, now that I got a new cell phone and transferred everything to the cloud and download to the new cellphone a lots of my videos doesn’t work show that they loading but that’s it.... I try to download it to me cellphone but it’s saying that the files isn’t supported!!!!! Please I need your help......
