  • Unable to sign into LogMeIn

    For the past three weeks, multiple users on our master account have been unable to sign in to LogMeIn without completely forgetting all credentials and reentering them. We’ve reached out to LogMeIn support daily, reached out to our LogMeIn Account Executive weekly and have tried every troubleshooting method possible. LogMeIn has us paying $1,900 per month for this service, and they can’t even be responsible enough to respond to emails asking for support.

    This is a great program works with no problems. Only down side is the cost use to have a free basic which was great for a homeowner who has kids and 2 computers. Or used few times a year. Best part was couple times needed a document from work computer was able to log in and see documents.

    Called them to cancel after 1 year upon receiving credit card bill for upcoming second year as I wasn’t using it enough to justify keeping it. They said it was no problem and they would cancel the service and issue a full refund within 2 months. After not seeing the refund appear within 2 months we called to inquire and were asked if we had a work order number. We were never given a work order number when we cancelled as we were told it was terminated and a refund would be coming within 2 months. We talked with a manager and he said it was too long ago for a refund for the service we paid $349.00 for, never used and cancelled 2 months earlier. Feel like it was a scam and totally unprofessional. So if you cancel the service make sure they issue a work order and make sure to keep on them so to get your refund. They don’t care.

    It used to be a good program but now every year they raise the price by $100. it is only for 2 computers. Now up to $349. I cant even find out how to stop auto renew. I have used this program for many years but now I am done. Will be going elsewhere.

    Recent updates of the program no longer log in automatically when you start the app. Very inconvenient when you had grown used to certain behavior. This combined with continually raising the price makes the use of their service and this app a terrible investment. To give credit where due however, functionally the app works well.
