Live a healthier, more active life with Fitbit, the world’s leading app for tracking all-day activity, workouts, sleep and more. Use the app on its own to track basic activity and runs on your phone, or connect with one of Fitbit’s many activity trackers and the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to get a complete picture of your health—including steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more. TRACK ACTIVITY: Accurately record your steps and distance with MobileTrack when you carry your phone. For all-day tracking of stats like calories burned, active minutes, and sleep, pair the app with a Fitbit tracker. RUN SMARTER: Enhance runs, walks and hikes by using MobileRun to track your pace, time and distance. You can also control your music, get voice cues and use your phone’s GPS to map your routes. (Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.) RECORD WORKOUTS: Use your Fitbit tracker to track your exercise, then check the app to see your stats, their impact on your day, and how your performance is improving. MONITOR HEART RATE: Use a Fitbit tracker with PurePulse™ to analyze heart rate graphs in the app. Identify trends, manage stress and see the results of your workouts. Review resting heart rate trends to see when your fitness is improving. LOG FOOD FASTER: Easily log calories with our barcode scanner, calorie estimator, and expanded food database of more than 350,000 foods. See your meal history at a glance, and get nutritional insights. MEASURE HYDRATION: Quickly log your water intake to make sure you’re properly hydrated during workouts and throughout the day. SET & MANAGE GOALS: Create weight, nutrition and exercise goals, and start a food plan to stay on track. Then get a visual picture of your progress with colorful, easy-to-read charts and graphs. SEE HOW YOU SLEEP: Set sleep goals in the app, and use a Fitbit tracker to monitor how much time you spent awake, restless or peacefully sleeping. SHARE & COMPETE: Connect with friends and family by sharing stats, sending direct-messages, and competing on the leaderboard or in Fitbit Challenges. STAY MOTIVATED: Get a nudge in the right direction with notifications that pop up when you’re close to reaching a goal or have already met one. SYNC WIRELESSLY: Fitbit trackers sync your stats to computers and 200+ leading devices so you can continuously track your progress without needing to plug in. MANAGE WEIGHT: Connect wirelessly to the Aria Wi-Fi Smart Scale to seamlessly track your weight, BMI, lean mass and body fat percentages, and to see your weight trends over time. • Cool gadget

First time Fitbit user. Got the Charge 2. 2 days of use & so far, so good. Like how it tracks everything you do-even sleep patterns. Im learning a lot about myself & my good & bad habits-eating & exercise. Gets me up & moving. Love that it interacts with Strava! Not 5 stars because of the battery life. I have the heart rate monitor set to automatic, and that seems to really eat the battery. Supposed to get around 5 days before charging; I'm getting about 3. ☹️
  • Ionic is an expensive piece of plastic junk

    By texcpa
I’ve had several other models that worked well. This Ionic can’t find WiFi sitting a foot away from router and has a hard time syncing with app on phone 2-3 inches away. Instead of the bells and whistles with friends etc, make the basic functions work.
  • Not syncing in Challenges

    By coriejo0330
I upgraded to the new Fitbit ionic from a charge 2. My charge 2 worked great with the app. Now my dashboard and challenge steps are different. The hourly activity doesn’t sync as well. I’ve done some troubleshooting and even talked to costumer support. If you’re going to have a new device you should make sure the app can accommodate it. It’s ridiculous!
  • Stopped receiving text messages with update ..

    By Sinful68
Once I purchase my iPhone 8 Plus, my Charge HR stopped receiving texts messages. I did everything I was instructed to do. I deleted the app, re-synced it, re-paired it MULTIPLE times, called and lodged a complaint and was told they were still trying to develop a new software update which has yet to come out. I receive phone call notifications but not the text message notifications. What’s the point of having this Fitbit if it doesn’t work? I’m extremely disappointed. Nothing makes it work and when I called the rep I talked to only made “note” of my concerns. Prior to upgrading my phone I was very happy with the product. It’s been 9 months since this watch has worked as it should. UNIMPRESSED ever since.
  • Not simple anymore!

What happened to just counting steps. Simple. Wrong. But yet you get all of these updates encouraging to sync with social media hence more of your privacy gone.

Still figuring out Fitbit for a person over 60!!
  • Fitbit Charge HR locked up when doing the update.

    By BuckeyeCity
My Fitbit was working perfectly fine. I logged into the app and it says an update was available so I started the update. It says it should take 5-10minutes, OK fine. An hour later, there is a update bar on the Fitbit that is stuck at the halfway point and it will not display anything else. The app says it cannot connect. So now my Fitbit is a brick. Thanks a lot. I guess tonight I have to do some research to try to get everything back to normal. What a waste of my time?
  • Need fixing asap

    By vsal69jes52d
I love this app but I’m having issues with getting notifications from messages only ... I’m not sure why I get notifications for all other apps except my messages ... I’ve reset the phone and the watch and I continue to have this issue ... please help!! I rely on this watch at work to read my messages... is there anyway someone can look into this and maybe email me with a resolution ??
  • Frustrated

    By TheEarlGuy
This software needs a big button to completely reset the device. When your device stops syncing it's most frustrating to get it working again. I will never buy a Fitbit again.
