    As a driver I have asked costumers why some directions are smooth sailing while others have trouble finding the location of the rider and the final destination. It seems some put in detailed information, typing in exact addresses not using pop ups generated by the computer. Staying in the place you used to Oder Uber and not moving around like going out into a parking lot (gps follows the cell) Uber has gps trouble in parking lots. Add any special specific instructions like (I’m in the building behind chili’s). And putting in additional stops before Uber is ordered. As for language proper details should fix this problem as well. The Gps may take a different longer route your not use to taking (new roads or avoiding traffic) but you will get there. Perhaps leaving earlier is an option. Uber is an inexpensive convenience and drivers should be given respect for the services they provide. if occasionally we need gps help & most riders are glad to assist.

    I seldom use Uber due to language problems. I absolutely do not mind English being a second language but it needs to be understood and understandable. My last experience involved me needing to cancel and call a friend to come get me and two children I had taken to a sporting event. First driver could not find us and second could not understand us. So darn frustrating and unsafe standing in the dark and cold waiting with youngsters. You must fix this. I have just again added the your app back on my phone and will try your service again.

    Bad service and I waste a lot of money on uber it used to be my favorite but I guess I may start using Lyft because I be buying gift cards and after I redeem the card and try to take a Uber ride it keeps saying payment method and some other stuff and this happened to me a lot and I ask them a lot and they say they still looking to fix my problem lays...

    I've had this app for a little while now and it's help a lot but a lot of the times it's really frustrating to use. Especially when all I am trying to do is get home after a long night shift in Seattle (I live in Tacoma and commute both ways on the bus it takes a long time and is exhausting) so about half the time I use this it will either be way more than it should be. (around 20 dollars some of the time for a less than 10 minute ride when it's normally between 10-12 dollars) the worst I've seen it was at 56 dollars for the same ride I do almost everyday. As I'm currently typing this I've had to walk a considerable distance in order to get it outside of the inflated areas and apparently the inflation bubble is still growing. Besides the bad I am willing to admit the driver's are great, I've yet to have a bad experience with a driver.

    I was surprised to receive a “wait “ charge when my driver drove right by me and had to come back after I called her. I did not make her wait. The opposite is true.

    I used Uber this past Sunday night after the Cowboys vs Giants game to get home. When they found my Uber driver, the Uber driver called me to be sure i needed a driver, and i said that i did. After seeing the map and GPS directions, i called the Uber driver back stating to just park where he is at and that i will walk towards him since the Main Street in front of AT&T Stadium only goes one direction......i wanted to make it easier for the Uber driver. So when i called the driver to let him know, he had agreed and said “Ok” Well! The Uber driver kept on driving and then later on.....ended up canceling my ride AND STILL taking the $63.31 out of my account. So i ended up getting Lyft! I am a big fan of Uber and have never had this problem with a driver! I was quite frustrated and now, i am trying to get my $63.31 back since i never used their service.

    I was not able to get a ride. I guess I will still be charged. My first ride everything went well and I enjoyed my first experience. My fault not knowing how to use the app.
  • Customer Service doesn’t care about your safety or Concerns

    I filed a complaint right after my ride in which the driver was unprofessional and the entire experience was frustrating (1.5 hour ride). Uber’s response was generic and did not address the issue with the driver. At least make an effort to care about your customer and their safety.
