    This is for showing a giant picture of a vibrator in my shows, while I was in public. I reached out to customer service in many ways and was ignored. You need to be called out for this and held accountable. And the horrible update to the Apple TV. I might raise it if you take away the autoplay. MIGHT.
  • app not working in general

    i open it up, it buffers, it crashes. i've resetted my phone, tried going on the app 10+ times, nothing. literally wish i can give this update a 0 star because it's just not working at all for me. 🙄👎 update: i updated it, it's still like this. deleted the app entirely at this point.

  • Constantly removing the best shows/movies

    I’m quickly running out of reasons to keep my Netflix subscription because they keep removing my favorite tv shows and movies. The Clone Wars, Nacho Libre, 30 Rock, Malcolm in the Middle, Bones, Doctor Who, I could go on for a while but will spare you. Yes Netflix is adding a lot of original content but that’s not really a reason why they should monthly remove all the best tv shows and movies. And now that Disney is bailing on Netflix they’re seriously in danger and must make up for it by providing good shows and movies before they end up with nothing but the B, C, and D movies that makes Amazon Prime Video unbearable. Also, their media player is horribly cumbersome, basic and in need of a major overhaul. Skipping forward would be nice for instance. Getting rid of minuscule buttons would also be a good move.
  • Was good, now downloaded videos don’t work right through hdmi adapter

    Love the app, but, since iOS 11, the downloaded videos do not work right over the hdmi adapter. Streaming play as they normally would, downloaded videos will play audio only through the tv, while the video playback freezes. The video will playback on the device, while frozen on the tv. If I slide the notifications bar down, just slightly, the video will play on the tv again.

    Don't get me wrong. I love Netflix! I only have one small complaint in regards to the app. It used to automatically play episodes of my favorite shows without having to request it play the next episode. I will be happy to change my review if that changes.

    Without knowing how many stars and the number of people who rated something, I can't tell if I want to spend my time watching something anymore. I find myself going to IMDB, and while I'm there I might as well watch something on Amazon Prime rather than Netflix. I'm very unhappy that my many years worth of thoughtfully determined star ratings are gone and no longer retrievable. I don't like that I can no longer see what users rated something overall. I don't want everything to be some algorithm that tells me what to watch next. You've made another giant misstep, Netflix, and now that everything is binary for you I can only give you 1 or 5 stars, so I'll have to go with 1.
