  • Deceptive subscription charge

The app description clearly states that after the 7 day free trial you will be charge monthly for subscription. At the end of the 7 day period, they charged me for a full year subscription of $184. They do not give you the option of taking monthly subscription as advertised. This is very deceptive. The app developers are scam artists. They know exactly what they are doing.

Did not expect to be charge a user fee, since they require you to buy credits to send a fax. It came as a surprise. I have asked apple to reverse the charge and I will delete this app.

For a fax app, this app is quite fun to use too. It is reminiscent of older times, when fax machines were all we had to send messages. I feel old now.

Although faxing isn't the most common way to communicate nowadays, it still has its time and place when it is most useful. This app takes advantage of those moments.

This app reminds me of my childhood, when fax machines were a common form of communication. Although not useful anymore, this app still proves useful.
