Find out why AppAdvice.com says: “The app is easy to use that in fact, it is fast-becoming my most-used app on my iPad.” Need to track your finances on multiple iPhones, iPads, iPods, other OS’s, or desktops? PocketMoney can do that, too. Sync multiple iOS or other OS’s devices together over Wi-Fi or to the PocketMoney desktop app on OS X, Windows, and Linux The system is simple, and a minute a day using PocketMoney will help you navigate through the pitfalls of the current economy. ** Start by entering all your income and expenses as they happen across multiple accounts such as credit cards, savings, and checking accounts. PocketMoney can track thousands of transactions through many years of financial data with no performance loss. Transactions can be split across multiple categories, transferred across accounts and can also be scheduled to occur at regular intervals. ** PocketMoney makes this really easy by remembering previous transactions and auto-completing them as you type. ** Analyze your overall financial situation by using the built-in reporting features of PocketMoney. Charts can help you visualize overspending and target areas to cut back. Furthermore, your data can be exported to desktop applications such as Microsoft Money and Excel. ** If you use Quicken or Microsoft Money, then you can export your desktop data to PocketMoney, enter data on the road, then export changes back to your desktop app via QIF files. (Quicken Essentials doesn’t support QIF exports/imports.) Bugs. I can't click the right corner on the time picker. iOS 10.2, iPhone 6s. Please bring back the time scroller as an option! Time picker is not user friendly as all!!
  • Bitcoin too!

I am a user of original and never paid attention to bitcoin currency icon; wish I did. But that speaks volumes of what is under the hood of this app. I am excited about new supporters of app and look forward to the tuneup of and already powerful app and desktop version.
  • Another poor update!

Another update and even more bugs. I just don’t get it and have never seen such irresponsible releases. Why release updates that only break the app more? This was and still could be (and I hope still will be) a great app. I’m not going to be persuaded by the developer to write favorable reviews when they release such poor updates. I’ll be more than happy to give a five star review when they release a version that actually works. They obviously don’t test the app very thoroughly before submitting to Apple.
  • Calendar Problem

Great product but after the latest update I can’t select any date from the bottom of the calendar. I looked everywhere for a place to report a problem but couldn’t find one. I looked for contact us on developer’s website - nothing. Please fix this as soon as possible. I use the app everyday.
  • Excellent, but needs a fix.

Jan 12, 2018: After Jan 11, 2018 update (1.1.4), the Backup/Restore page doesn't display right. Top half of the upper row of buttons is chopped off. Deleting a few of the blank lines between options farther down the page (Dropbox link/unlink etc) should fix it. [iPhone 6S - iOS 10.3.3] ---------------------- App is excellent at what it does. Dropbox backup/restore seems to be broken though. Probably due to Dropbox's latest updates/changes. Please fix this. Update: THANK YOU for fixing the Dropbox feature!! MUCH appreciated. Also like the "menu" back to original format. (Nothing wrong with the side menu, just been using the PM/PM2 version so long, it was an odd change.) Keep up the great work. (One more thing . . . Ditto one of the other reviewers, this app is simple and already awesome, please don't clutter it up with unnecessary glam & glitter. Thanks !!!)
  • NO AUTOSYNC! Was promised 2 years ago.

This product needs AUTOSYNC. Autosync was developed, beta-tested, then dropped during an ownership shuffle. Now we must wait for another year so they can "do it right" (again). PocketMoney is however a good financial app, handling transactions, reporting and data storage in a flexible and thorough manner. It beats other top money managers like Money Wiz, iCompta, Banktivity and See Finance for ease of use and features. I've tried them all. Product support gives timely response to ticket submissions. However criticism of the product or how changes are implemented is sometimes responded to in an unprofessional manner. Communication among users is not provided. Future product plans are not shared. The developer does not encourage user input. This rating increased from one to three stars for recent bug fixes.

4 almost 5. I’ve been using this app for several years. I’ve tried using a few others but have always found that Pocket Money has more flexibility for what I need to categorize and report on. The one thing I would like to see Pocket Money implement is a bills and bill calendar feature. I’ve been using repeating transactions for this as a work around, but I think this feature would make this app even better and more competitive.
