  • I am honored

Hello my name is Bria. Of course you know that because I was special enough for you to name your app after me. Thank you.
  • Some room for improvement

    By Jackee N.
As a part of my work I often leave longer messages for people (45+ seconds long). Periodically the connection will end, leaving me unaware that I’m talking into the air because the is no chime or alert telling me that I’m not being recorded. This is really irritating. I’d suggest you program in a chime of some kind to alert users if the connection they think they’re using has ended.
  • Doesn’t work

    Calls constantly dropped
  • Dishonest Developer....Deliberately broke the non subscription app.

    By N3YAH
I purchased this app as a a one time purchase. The developer apparently decided to go to a subscription model. To force people to switch to their subscription model, they put out an update that causes the dialer to scramble numbers you enter. 123456789 scrambles to and dials as 234567891. That’s too stupid of a problem to be accidental. If you follow their directions to fix the dialer problem, which is to uninstall and reinstall, you will get locked out completely. The replacement app is designed to freeze up after the app downloads and starts to open. You have to click to signup for a monthly subscription, or the app wont continue, even if you click the restore purchase link. I consider this behavior unethical and dishonest. It’s fine to switch to a subscription model, but it’s not OK to go back and steal from existing customers functionality they paid for. I’m not generally in favor of class action suits, but this case would be paradise for a firm that specializes in that. To the executives who made the decisions to behave in this unethical way: best case is that it’s not going to work long term...customer don’t appreciate unethical behavior, and worst case, you could really lose your shirts in court.

Can’t say I am too happy with the new pricing model.
  • So sick of these companies going to a subscription plan!

    By bbinok
I paid for this app once and expected it would be supported. Yes, I understand I can download the old version. I would even be happy to pay for upgrades every now and then, but not be forced to buy a monthly/yearly subscription for a PRODUCT. Bad, bad, bad business model for THIS TYPE of product!! IT MAKES YOUR CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE BEING NICKELED AND DIMED. A company should provide MORE VALUE than the money they take for the product, just a basic business rule! I will be jumping ship on this company.
  • Abandoned customers

Abandoned customers who had already paid for original product. Moved to new app with subscription pricing model without notice. Looking at acrobits as an alternative.
  • Buyer beware

    By campkeith
Bought a different version of this app for about $5 about a year ago, and was quite happy with it, primarily because of the CallKit integration. I recently realized that the app was discontinued without notice and left in a buggy state without automatic updates. For example, numbers will dial in reverse order (seriously) which shows the quality of these guys’ testing. And no I’m not interested in going through some strange side-channel upgrade process suggested by the developer to fix an app that I paid for. Now there’s at least three (brand new!) versions of the app with no clear differentiation and this one wants a subscription. For what service exactly? Support for your broken app? Buyer beware: seems these guys don’t care about their customers once they get your $$$. This is a shame because I was quite happy with the original app before the developers made this insane move. Now I’ve jumped ship and switched to Acrobits, where the pricing still makes sense and the developer actually seems to care about their customers.
  • Rip Off?

Bought full version of this client earlier this year and now reinstalling on new phone it is a monthly subscription for the client now? I paid for a full version with a one off fee and want my product. Restore purchases didn’t work. iCloud restored my previous app apparently lol. So I guess I’m still stuck without updates. Yay! So I never reached out to support for a license as it’s only $10/year and I can appreciate that sort of thing being a developer myself. My issue now is that it works no differently for me than the old Bria client. It still does not ring through when screen is locked. It actually goes straight to voicemail, it loses registration with the server apparently during this time.
