It combines intelligent technology and beautiful design to empower you to create a simple daily workflow. Organize your day with To-Do's smart Suggestions and complete the most important tasks or chores you need to get done, every day. To-Do syncs between your phone and computer, so you can access your to-dos from school, the office, or the grocery store or even while you're traveling around the world. You can quickly add, organize and schedule your to-dos while you're on the go. With important to-dos that you really shouldn't forget you can add reminders and due dates—we'll remember them for you. And if you have to-dos that you need to tick off on a daily, weekly or yearly basis you can set up recurring due dates to remind you each and every time. To-Do also works with your Outlook Tasks, making it easier to manage all of your tasks in whichever app you’re in. Whether you want to manage your to-dos when using Outlook or To-Do, they’ll always be available to you in both places. You can also use To-Do as a note-taking app, adding detailed notes to every to-do—from addresses, to details about that book you want to read, to the website for your favorite café. You can collect all your tasks and notes in one place to help you achieve more. What areas of your life do you want to be more productive in? You can have a color-coded list for each. Now you can quickly add your homework to one list, your groceries to another, your packing list, your work projects and your home DIY projects to yet more lists. You can create as many lists as fits your lifestyle. And if you follow a productivity system such as GTD (David Allen's Getting Things Done Methodology) then you can create a Someday list or a Follow-up list. To-Do is here for you, whether your goals are for this week or in 5 years time. Plan what you want to focus on each morning and give yourself a powerful productivity boost for the day. This simple to-do list app is free to download and use. It includes customizable themes, notes, reminders, due dates, smart Suggestions, and syncing across multiple devices. In short, everything you need to manage your life and accomplish more. Completing your tasks or chores has never been so easy. Errands just got a little more enjoyable with To-Do. • Need Folders!!

    By Cbarbosa🍁👏
Needs an update that provides classifying lists under folders, just like in Wunderlist!
  • Where’s Cortana Support

Bring Cortana syncing and support and you’ve got a five star app
  • Hmm not so good

I’m extremely lazy at times so I got this to help me get things done lol. Unless it’s something I don’t understand about this— the process of making an account to use this simple app was long and annoying. I had to make a Microsoft account or something because I didn’t have one. Once I did that the app was nice though. The next day I went to use it and I was logged out and I went to sign back in with my same email and password, but it didn’t recognize it. Made a new account for the second day to use it, but 3rd day it kept logging me out. Idk what’s the deal with that

Can I forward a document into it and attach to a task ??
  • Fails to sync often

    By Weberc2
Often the list doesn’t update for minutes or even hours. Can’t be relied upon. You had one job.
  • Failing to function

    By chrisweis
I'm having a few critical problems with this app: 1) It doesn't synchronize between mobile and web. (If I login to the web, view my settings, it says "synchronization failed"), 2) I'm unable to easily use it with my work and personal O365 accounts. It is retaining only my work and accounts, but requires me to login to my third account repeatedly. 3) it crashes frequently (iPhone X, app version 1.28 build 180329.2015) May shift from O365 back to Google, which is more reliable.
  • Steps are headed in the right direction but…

With the addition of steps/subtasks, we’re definitely getting closer to this app replicating the full functionality Wunderlist (need folders and shared notes support to make it complete). But there’s a weird glitch in the app and the steps keep disappearing/reappearing. Sometimes they show, sometimes they don’t. The first time I reopened the app after creating some steps on one of my to-dos I thought they didn’t take, so I added them again, then they vanished again on another reload, so I added them again. Turns out, when I opened the To-Do web client, the original steps I added and ALL the duplicate entries saved to the cloud like they were supposed to but don’t always populate on screen on the phone. What a productivity nightmare. Add a new step? They all appear again. Rearrange the to-dos? Disappear. If this bug can be squashed I’ll give the app a fourth star. I’ll be screenshotting any to-dos with steps in the meantime so I can be sure I can reference them when I’m on the go.
  • Almost There!

This app is good because it can sync across al my devices. It could be improved by incorporating more colors for each list and a red dot on the app for notifications to let you know when something is due or overdue. I have to go into the app to find out what’s on my to-do list instead of knowing there’s a notification. Overall. It’s a decent app I use it to organize my college course and upcoming assignments.
  • So bad it’s actually kind of funny

    By President Bear
This app has slick looks and completely ineffective functionality. You might like this app if you only ever used it on one phone. However, if you want to sync, it’s not rare for even the website to be out of date with your changes. “My Day” is an inspired feature that loses a lot of its shine when you pick it up on another device and it’s empty. I honestly can’t believe this is from Microsoft; I’ve used their cloud offerings like SkyDrive / OneDrive for years and have more issues with this in one day than I can remember on all their other services combined. (Good times?) As a Wunderlist user, I always feel compelled to check on this one, but I never last a full day on it.

It's wonderful. Please add this app to widgets. This feature makes it one of the best ToDo apps.
