It combines intelligent technology and beautiful design to empower you to create a simple daily workflow. Organize your day with To-Do's smart Suggestions and complete the most important tasks or chores you need to get done, every day. To-Do syncs between your phone and computer, so you can access your to-dos from school, the office, or the grocery store or even while you're traveling around the world. You can quickly add, organize and schedule your to-dos while you're on the go. With important to-dos that you really shouldn't forget you can add reminders and due dates—we'll remember them for you. And if you have to-dos that you need to tick off on a daily, weekly or yearly basis you can set up recurring due dates to remind you each and every time. To-Do also works with your Outlook Tasks, making it easier to manage all of your tasks in whichever app you’re in. Whether you want to manage your to-dos when using Outlook or To-Do, they’ll always be available to you in both places. You can also use To-Do as a note-taking app, adding detailed notes to every to-do—from addresses, to details about that book you want to read, to the website for your favorite café. You can collect all your tasks and notes in one place to help you achieve more. What areas of your life do you want to be more productive in? You can have a color-coded list for each. Now you can quickly add your homework to one list, your groceries to another, your packing list, your work projects and your home DIY projects to yet more lists. You can create as many lists as fits your lifestyle. And if you follow a productivity system such as GTD (David Allen's Getting Things Done Methodology) then you can create a Someday list or a Follow-up list. To-Do is here for you, whether your goals are for this week or in 5 years time. Plan what you want to focus on each morning and give yourself a powerful productivity boost for the day. This simple to-do list app is free to download and use. It includes customizable themes, notes, reminders, due dates, smart Suggestions, and syncing across multiple devices. In short, everything you need to manage your life and accomplish more. Completing your tasks or chores has never been so easy. Errands just got a little more enjoyable with To-Do. It is the task management tool you need to add to your daily arsenal. Learn more about To-Do at By installing Microsoft To-Do, you agree to these terms of use:

  • Clean design, but unreliable sync

    By David4859
I like the design of the app. It is very simple and easy to use. The My Day feature is great to plan out what to do in a given day. (Would be neat to be able to plan upcoming days in a future update too perhaps.) My main issue with the app, however, is the unreliable syncing. Sometimes, when adding a task on one device (eg my phone), it will show up instantly on another device (eg my computer), which is great. But sometimes there is a significant delay before it shows up, and other times, tasks don’t sync at all. While I do enjoy using the app for its simplicity and My Day feature, I cannot be certain that when I plan my day in the morning on my computer, everything will show up later on my phone. And unfortunately, that’s kind of a deal breaker for now...
  • Fix constant login

    By fb12322
I love this app but the only thing making me want to delete it is how much it makes you login over and over again. Apps are not supposed to do that. It’s not a high security email account so there’s no worry. Please make it like every other app we use and let it stay logged in or I can’t handle it anymore. Also, suggestion- could you please make an option of tasks that are able to be set to repeat? If it’s something I need to be reminded of every day, weekly, or monthly I’d like to be able to set it on an auto repeat. With these two things, I’d be 100% in love with this app. Thanks!
  • Like it but it’s missing some features

    By Lali0380
I have tried several todo list apps before this one and I had settled on the Errands app, but that was getting to be too complex not in terms of use but in offering too many features. Too many lists and I wasn’t keeping up with it. So I decided to go simpler. I tried this app and found it to be what I was looking for. I like the My Day list and if we don’t get to it today then the next day it will appear as a suggestion to add to My Day. I like that we can easily add any item from another list to My Day. However, there are some features i would like that are missing. No way to indicate priority of task. No repeat feature. And I wish there was a way to schedule tasks for days other than today. I know there is a Due Date feature, but to me Due Date implies the item needs to be completed by that date. What I’m talking about is more in terms of planning. Like, I’m planning to go to the grocery store Friday and do laundry Saturday. I wish I can add those tasks for those days instead of no day or having to put a due date on them.
  • Let me choose

The my day start screen is a pain! Give me the choice on where to start, I need my actual To Do list up front.

The best to do app in the world
  • Some suggestions from a Wunderlist user

    By RaulLucky
    1. Have pre-defined filtered views: Starred/flagged, Today, Week, overdue. The “My Day” function serves as a manual populated list which creates more work. Having the pre-defined filters will allow us to quickly glance at what we need to do. Remember, to-dos are for quick activities not fussing around with manually populating. Maybe rename the My Day to “flagged/starred” items. Week view should at least show the next 3-4 days. 2. Ability to “star/flag” items without having to open the task. In Wunderlist a star was next to the item. Why not create the same but with the “My Day” icon? 3. Add priorities (H/M/L/1/2/3...) 4. When setting up the Due Date for a task, selecting Next Week pushes to Sunday as opposed to one week from the original date. This should be an easy fix. 5. When adding a “Next Step”, have the cursor ready for another entry. For example, when I enter multiple “Steps”, I have to keep touching the “+ Next Step” for each entry. Just like the existing function of adding multiple To-Dos. Keep up the good work!
  • Good product

I like it but it needs the ability to copy entire day-list.

When will you offer the option to edit a task to a different folder
  • Can I give 0 stars?

As usual Microsoft ruins everything. Just re release Wunderlist as Microsoft and call it a day. There was no need to reinvent the app for an inferior product.
  • Repeat

    By @.f
This application does not have the ability to repeat tasks . Please add this feature.
