  • Terrible

I downloaded this app in order to learn to play popular songs on the piano. I have known how to play the piano for many years, so when asked about my playing level, I said that I have had experience. What I did not realize was that I would be asked to finish all of the tutorials before playing REAL songs. I decided to give the tutorials a chance, (maybe I would learn something,) so I was surprised when I was greeted with a screen teaching me to play middle c and d. Not only this, but I could not play my real piano; I had to press the keys on my phone. I realize that these tutorials will be helpful for beginners, but the majority are “premium” and require a 10-bucks-a-month membership. Don’t download the app. Don’t waste your time. Don’t spend your money.

  • I have to pay?

    By DjSeanyBoy33
I just started today and after seeing that I need to pay for more lessons, that’s when I knew you guys are rip-offs. Why was this app free when you’re just going to pay for more lessons. I was about to say that this is better than Yousician but at least they teach us lessons for an hour for free. If you want to learn piano, I recommend getting something else.
  • Amazing

This app is truly an amazing app. Unlike other apps I’ve had this one actually teaches you how to play piano and it does an astonishing job at it.

  • Great for middle schoolers

    By M75j11
My 12 year old son is teaching himself, entirely without assistance, using this app. It's just easy enough to encourage him to continue, and just challenging enough to not let him get through with mistakes. One developer.s recommendation which really helped is to turn down the device volume during the practice sessions. A question for the developer: is there an option to reduce the playback speed during the practice sessions (where the backup band plays along). Sometime my do is frustrated by abruptly having to pray much faster than he has just learned in the teaching mode. Other than that, a tremendous learning tool!

I already know piano but i wanted to use this app to help grow more. It was great untill you get to the part where you can’t do anything unless you pay 🤕 I’m disappointed to say the least

  • Inaccurate

I played the middle c as told, but the app picks it up as the black key beside it. It's also the same way as key d
  • This game is good but

    By hellofrens
This game is good and I learned how to play my right hand on the piano but there are some problems. First of all I love to play the piano and I even am planing to take piano lessons! I was really excited for it it and so I decided to try and learn it to impress my piano teacher on my first day! So when I saw the advertisement on YouTube I downloaded this FREE app! When I started to play the app I was amazed to find out that the app listens to your piano! It teaches you how to use your right hand to play WONDERFUL notes. It also teaches you songs like ode to joy. (Witch I always wanted to play 😃)But there are some BAD things in this truly wonderful app. So as I was saying there are some bad things to 😥. after you finish the right hand practice it tells you that you need to pay to do all of the rest of the things that look so cool. When I asked my parents if buy the pass they said no. So I guess that I will show my piano that go impress my piano teacher by showing her the same daily practices that I have been doing. Like I said before is app is the best app I have ever come across in my whole entire life and I think I will keep it even after I get a piano teacher to be honest! But there are little mistakes that can easily be fixed so the app could get a five star rating by every person that plays this game! I really do love this game
