  • Fun BUT

    By 6272928762
This game is a lot of fun but there are some major drawbacks that have stopped me from playing. While it's cool that all furniture pieces are real and can you can buy them, when you buy them in the game, you only get a certain amount of uses for them. I buy a $3000 table and can use it 3 times...that's not fun. Also, ALL the pieces are overpriced. No matter how much you level up in the game, you lose the furniture after using it a few times but you don't get $ or diamonds back. A rip off in some sort. The only way to really enjoy playing is if you don't totally love the game or the pieces you've purchased to play the game.
  • Great App, Poor Admin

    By Mn8335
I love this game and the app is well designed. But many — MANY — of the user concerns and suggestions go largely unnoticed, despite the admin feedback below some of these ratings inviting you to comment via email. I did just that many months ago, and got a canned response saying, basically, “thank you and we’ll pass this along.” Lately, the voting system is beginning to wear thin. My design will garner 3.96 stars while being nearly identical to a 5.00 star design, save a lamp or plant. I’ve been designing for 6 months and suddenly, my designs don’t hit 4 stars, which is how prizes of furniture are awarded. Missing out by 4/100 of a point is maddening and disappointing and starting to make the cost of the game skyrocket. The users have spoken loud and clear, so if the oft- noted tweaks aren’t addressed by the developer, people are going to stop using it... including myself.
  • Fun, but limited

I love this game, but everyday I say I have had enough. So I will echo previous sentiments quickly. Cons 1. You only get to use furniture you buy 5 times! This right away limits your capabilities for future room designs as you have to continually buy pieces you like. The game adds new styles all the time, so it is not as if they will be lacking in people buying more items. 2. What in tarnation do you have to do to get a 5? As previously stated people vote on what they like. It does not matter if it meets the specifications laid out by the challenge. For instance, a daily can be an all renaissance furniture theme, and the top scores were all contemporary teal and white themed rooms (obviously this is a player problem, not an app problem) 3. If you like all white rooms you will succeed at this game 😂 Pros 1. The format for designing and the whole app in general is simple. 2. I love that I am able to see this furniture and style a room. I now notice these styles and pieces in stores all the time. 3. They have a lot of teal and white objects for the people who really love teal and white. I gave this app a three as I was a bit distressed that I put money into this game to get pieces I loved and wanted to keep in stock only to find I am limited on how many times I may use it before I have to rebuy the piece. So one star off for that. Then another star because this immediately limited my capabilities within the game. I absolutely refuse to play more than the daily because it offers the most coins with no specifications (well at least no mandatory specs).
  • Design Home geared toward $$$$

    By B L'Strange
It bears repeating that this game is a blast for those of us that enjoy design. HOWEVER, in order to create the room you truly want it will cost a fortune. It wouldn't be so bad if there was a way to sell back some of the junk "winnings", things I will never use or get diamonds. But instead, your only choices are earning challenge money or your VISA card. In my world, selling off junk makes perfect sense....figure it out developers or I'll just go back to TAPGLANCE.

The app closes in the middle of entering design. All. The. Time.
  • Keeps crashing!!

This is such a fun game but the app keeps crashing in the middle of a game!!!
  • Technical issue

I can't even play this app...every time I go to open the app it says, technical issue. I really thought this looked like a fun app, but I can't even play it.

    Great app!
  • Good, but could be better.

Started this game the very week it came out, I quickly became obsessed. A year later I'm still playing though not with the same intensity as in the beginning. Lately, I have noticed that items are becoming more and more expensive. Most of them time you're spending more per room than you're making. I don't enter as many challenges because of than and when you do you're going up against people that do not follow the requested design of the challenge. It's fun, but it could be better, either make things less expensive or give us more money per challenge.
